Coaching with Della

All leaders face challenges that get them stuck. Sometimes you need an outside partner who can listen without the filters of organizational politics and hear without judgment. It is essential to have a safe space to explore and test your thoughts and plans, and receive feedback from someone who is your partner and advocate—someone dedicated to your success—someone who has been in your shoes.

Leaders need coaches 

As a C-suite executive, I was fortunate to have had support from great coaches. I experienced the significant impact that coaches can have on a successful career.

Now, paying it forward, my role as your coach is to support you in becoming the person and leader you want to be and create the future you want for yourself and your organization.   

The Journey . . .

  • If you choose me as your coach, we will begin with a six-month to one-year engagement. During that time, we will meet in scheduled bi-weekly coaching sessions and may connect between sessions as needed.

  • We may start with an assessment that helps me get to know you better and helps you see yourself through a different lens. We can use assessments you’ve already completed or assessments that I provide. I am certified in several industry-leading assessments, including Hogan, DiSC, Imposter Syndrome, and the Energy Leadership Assessment, which allows us to choose which will be most beneficial for your journey.

  • Our scheduled sessions will be held on Zoom, offering flexibility to accommodate your busy schedule, regardless of your location.
